These terms apply when you use social2brand.comor request a free preview. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What we do

Social2Brand designs and builds websites for creators and small businesses, and can connect your social content to your site. The free preview is a no-obligation concept we prepare to show what your site could look like — requesting one doesn’t commit you to anything, and doesn’t commit us to building a full site.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information when you contact us.
• Only share content (handles, posts, images, video) that you own or have the right to use. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us permission to use it to prepare your preview and, if you move forward, your site.
• Don’t use the site or our services for anything unlawful.

Our work and intellectual property

The Social2Brand name, site, and materials are ours. Any preview or site we build for you, and the arrangement of ownership once you become a customer, will be covered by the specific agreement we make with you at that time.

The preview is provided “as is”

A free preview is provided for illustration, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will match every expectation, and it’s not a finished product until we’ve agreed on and delivered one.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social2Brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a free preview. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
