Social2Brand (“Social2Brand,” “we,” “us”) builds websites for creators and small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use social2brand.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that’s how we’d want it explained to us.

Information we collect

• What you give us. When you request a free preview, we collect the name, social handle, and email address you enter in the form. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the page you came from) to keep the site secure and running. We store the referring page and browser string alongside a preview request to understand where interest is coming from.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you the free preview you requested.
• To contact you about that preview and about building or improving your site.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — currently Supabase (secure database storage) and Vercel (website hosting) — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and tracking

Our landing page does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Keeping your information

We keep the details you submit for as long as needed to follow up with you and provide our services. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
